About Sutherland Roofing

Meet Mike Sutherland

Born and raised in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Mike Sutherland built his career on hard work, determination, and a commitment to family. Before entering the roofing industry, Mike worked as a machinist. Wanting to find a better way to provide for his family and give them the best life possible, he took a leap of faith in 1986 and started Sutherland Roofing of North Brookfield.

More than four decades later, that decision has grown into a lifelong career and a trusted local roofing company. Mike is happily married to his wife, Robin, for more than 20 years. Robin takes great pride in the business as well and enjoys visiting job sites with Mike.

Family remains at the heart of Mike’s life. He is the proud father of two children, Sara and Mike, and grandfather to four grandchildren.

When Mike isn’t working, he enjoys riding his Harley and spending time with friends on the open road. He is also a die-hard New England Patriots fan. For Mike, family, friendship, hard work, and community are more than values—they’re a way of life.
